Hi. I'm Janet. Both Farmer (my other half for 30 years) and I grew up on commercial dairy farms. Too ~~young~~ poor to purchase a dairy, we decided sheep were our next best option. Taking the money we received at our wedding, we purchased our first five ewes.

Being raised in the shadow of generations of farmers, but not having a farm of our own, we still wanted our four children to experience what we had growing up. That included daily chores, home cooked family meals, as well as, raising, growing, and preserving our own food.
